Yulia Brodskaya recently collaborated with MINE to produce this beautiful cut paper illustration for the 73rd Stern Grove Festival. Fonts and hand lettering intersect as she delicately reconstructs Hoefler & Frere-Jones faces into handcrafted paper masterpieces. That’s really, really cool. I like the physical aspect.
First, i was asking to myself if this wasn’t a vectorial creation or something like that. But well done ! It’s amazing what you can create with paper !!! ^^
I’ve loved the work of Yulia for a long time. It’s absolutely incredible what she can do with paper. I’ve been using her work lately as inspiration for holiday cards.
